As for what beach you should visit, our recommendation is Perivolas beach and Pore, especially the part in front of Seaside restaurant where you can enjoy lunch. In the evening, you can visit Oia to enjoy one of the most fascinating sunsets in the world and have dinner with a breath-taking view. We recommend meeting your driver at 18:15 and arriving in Oia at around 18:45. Walk around the town for an hour, visit some contemporary jewelry, art & fashion shops, and have your dinner at 19:45. We recommend skipping the sunset view (between 19:45- 20:15) from the Old castle point since it’s too crowded. Our recommendation for dinner is 1800 restaurant. Our favorite spot (weather & wind permitted) is on the roof garden overlooking the sea. If the wind is strong, we will rearrange a table inside this luxurious property with a highly sophisticated interior design.

In the evening, we’ll have arranged for you to have a gastronomic experience in a luxurious restaurant in Santorini. At 14:30, your driver will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to Vlihada port, where you’ll embark on a catamaran. For the following 5 and a half hours, you will enjoy a private cruise in the waters between Caldera and Thirasia (a small volcanic island opposite Santorini), to the Red and White beaches, to the hot springs past the volcano, and explore private bays where you can swim or snorkel. You will admire the fascinating and wild island’s geology and enjoy an early dinner (18:30) with a barbecued steak or fish that will be prepared on the boat. Your return to Vlyhada port will be scheduled for 20:45 when your driver will be waiting for your transfer back to the hotel.
