Day 1 Rome

Arrival in Rome and private pick-up from Rome International Airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino) by one of our drivers. Accommodation at the hotel of your choice. In the afternoon, you’ll set off on a walking tour of Rome. Discover picturesque piazzas,
authentic Italian coffee shops, impressive Renaissance sculptures, and let the magical atmosphere of the Eternal City enchant you. Dinner at a traditional trattoria and overnight in Rome.
Day 2 Rome

Today, an experienced travel guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a tour to the best food markets, neighborhoods, and street food restaurants in Rome. During the tour, you’ll eat homemade pizza and pasta, drink
authentic cappuccino or espresso, enjoy a scoop or two of gelato, discover hidden gourmet shops, and explore the Trionfale market while you learn everything about the culinary tradition of Rome. Overnight in Rome.
Day 3 Rome

You’ll be free to explore the city at your own pace or relax at your hotel, until the afternoon, when we’ll have arranged for you to go on a wine tour at the best enoteche (wine bars) in the center
of Rome. During the tour, you’re going to taste several local wine varieties, like Barbaresco, Frascati, Montepulciano, Chianti, and Rosso di Montalcino guided by a professional sommelier. After the wine tasting session, you’ll finish the day with a hearty Italian dinner. Overnight in Rome.
Day 4 Florence-Rome

Today, you’ll be transferred to Florence, a city known for its culture and booming culinary scene. After you have checked in at your hotel, you’ll be free to relax or take a stroll in the city, until the afternoon. In
the afternoon, a local food guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a sunset food tour. During the tour, you’ll drink refreshing aperitivos and Tuscan wines, taste the most delicious local specialties and discover the best wine bars and restaurants in Florence. Overnight in Florence.
Day 5 Florence

After a good night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast, we’ll have arranged for you to take a cooking class in Florence! During the class, a local chef will teach you how to make authentic Italian pizza from scratch and let
you in on all the secrets of pizza making. At the end of the class, you’re going to enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a glass or two of Tuscan wine! Overnight in Florence.
Day 6 Florence

Today, you’ll go on a day trip to the idyllic Tuscan countryside. Famous for its vineyards, rolling olive groves, wineries, and picture-perfect landscape, the Tuscan countryside is the perfect place to introduce yourself to the Italian culinary tradition. A local
homemaker will welcome you at her home and teach you how to prepare some traditional delicacies, like focaccia bread and homemade pasta. At the end of the class, you’ll savor a delicious meal accompanied by local wine. Overnight in Florence.
Day 7 Florence

On the final day of your trip, you can enjoy a relaxing morning before our driver picks you up from your hotel to transfer you to Florence airport.

The best food tour in Florence and Rome!

We just spent the best week in Italy! It was the perfect blend of culture, food, wine, and nature. From the hidden trattorias and wine bars in Rome to the traditional wineries in the Tuscan countryside we went everywhere. We loved every bit of it and can’t wait to do it again!

OMG, the food was so amazing that we couldn’t stop eating! To say that we were full after our trip would be an understatement. We also learned so much about the Italian food along the way and the wine tastings were very interesting. We highly recommend this trip!
