The postcard-perfect Kolymbithres is arguably the most popular beach in Paros! Located on the north side of the island, Kolymbithres (means bathtubs in Greek) boasts unique geology. It is surrounded by huge blocks of granite, which have been carved by the wind and the water over millions of years. These peculiar rock formations create a breathtaking lunar scenery that makes Kolymbithres one of the most photographed beaches on the island! Kolymbithres beach consists of little sandy coves that often get overcrowded in peak season. If you want some privacy and seclusion, come early!

You can reach the beach either by bus or by water taxi from Naoussa.
Who is it for?

Families, sunbathers, couples, shutterbugs, and hikers.

Why we love it?

The standout of Kolymbithres beach is the rock formations that frame it -they’re nothing like you’ve seen before! You can climb on the rocks and spread your towel there. Otherwise, you can opt for a sunbed on the sand. Either way, make sure you have your camera with you, the scenery is breathtaking!
